dc.description.abstractThe paper seeks to examine the effect of motivation on the performance of employees in regard to the effort of employees in financial institutions; numerous organizations are competing to survive in this ever increasing challenging and volatile market environment. Motivation and Performance of employees are powerful tools for the long-term success of the organization. Performance measurement is a critical characteristic of organization’s management since it reflects the progress and achievement of the organization. Motivation significantly impacts on the prosperity of a business firm or any organization. The paper basically finds out the most crucial motivators that yield the performance of workers this is also to indicate that there is less productivity of employees due to the poor motivators or lack of motivating factors that can highly improve employee performance which is vital in the outcomes of a business, to note is that many people's performance depends on the working conditions and also their expectations being met. The paper is built on the fact that without motivation employees having no motivators within their work places there is a high possibility of law production and also the quality of commodities is to a threat of being poor meaning that employers should always put motivating factors into consideration. The statement is to be analyzed fully because it’s to the economy’s benefit. In general this paper points out the fact that for any activity having a successful time in operation there is need to emphasize on the provision of the employees needs.
