    Abstract
The study was entirely focused on a major objective of establishing a relationship between On Job Training and employee performance within DFCU bank in Uganda. The research aimed to find out the following objectives: To investigate the effect of Coaching on Employee Performance, to examine the effect of Job Rotation on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Mentoring on Employee Performance. The study employed a case study research design using a self-administered questionnaire as a tool for data collection from a population of 70 out of which 61 respondents were accessed. The responses generated from the field survey were analyzed and manipulated into tables with the aid of the social package for social scientists (SPSS) version 21 and Microsoft excel. Study findings revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between Coaching and employee performance generating a correlation coefficient of magnitude (r = 0.933**). There was also a significant relationship between Job Rotation and employee performance as well as Mentoring and employee performance each generating a positive coefficient of magnitude (r = 0.924**) and (r = 0.952**) respectively. The study concluded that these findings were quite consistent with those of past researchers on a similar topic and hence considered the research survey a success. The study finally comes up with some key recommendations that may be helpful to relevant stake holders such as; training of staff members, evaluation of employees, improving on the working environment.
