This study focused on factors influencing uptake of HIV/AIDS services among men in Soroti Sub County. The Objectives of the study were to establish individual, health service and community factors that affect uptake of HIV/AIDS services among the men in Soroti Sub County, Soroti district. The population of the research constituted the male residents of Soroti sub-county who were receiving HIV/AIDS services and those whose rate of uptake reduced. In this study in-depth interviews with 50 men were conducted. The researcher used interview guides and focus group discussions to collect data about the three specific objectives and their corresponding questions. The study findings were clear that there were individual factors that affected uptake of HIV/AIDS services among the men in Soroti Sub County. Furthermore the findings confirm that Health related service factors affected uptake of HIV/AIDS services among the men in Soroti Sub County. It was also clear that there were Community factors that affected uptake of HIV/AIDS services among the men in Soroti Sub County. The researcher recommends that the Government and the Civil Society organizations should work jointly to support the men accessing HIV/AIDS services through education and encouraging men to take part.
