dc.description.abstractThis project was accomplished at Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi between January and May 2014. The aim of this project was to develop a financial records management system to ensure accurate records on budget and expenditure records for Nkozi hospital to determine organizational budget and expenditure record requirements,to implement a database that will meet the hospital requirement and needs. Information of the project was obtained through interviews, observations and survey. Entity relationship and use case diagrams were used in the analysis and design of the system. PHP, MSQL, HTML were used in implementation of the system. The outcome was a financial records management system where a receptionist can add and view patients, doctors can give prescription and cashiers produce receiptsen_US
