    Abstract
    This study focused determining the role of organization culture on the organizational performance in Uganda. The researcher carried out this study with Hill Preparatory School as a case study. The research was guided by three objectives namely; to assess the role of artifacts on organizational performance, to evaluate the role of basic assumptions on organizational performance and lastly to examine the role of espoused values on organizational performance. The data in this research was collected through the use of questionnaires, interview guides, document review and observation. This was followed by proper analysis and presentation of data using the distributed statistical frequencies especially SPSS and tables. In the study, it was discovered that the organization the school had the organization artifacts, espoused values and basic assumptions as the levels of organization culture. It was also noticed that there is need to eradicate members about these levels especially the espoused values and the basic assumptions and emphasizes so that members are always aware of them. The researcher recommended that the organization and the entire departments should ensure that the organization culture is properly followed and communicated so as to affect performance since it provides a framework for achieving a competitive advantage. The researcher called for further research to be carried by different institutions on the influence of management on organization culture and also more research on the role of organization culture is required.
