dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of recruitment process on organizational profitability taking a case study of Century bottling company. The variables of this study consisted of independent variable (recruitment process) and dependent variable (organizational profitability).The study employed the statistical analytical descriptive approach based on the literature review approach and field work to test the study hypothesis. The population of this study Consisted of Drivers, Marketing staff, Employees, Managers, and Accountants in Century bottling company. A sample of 48 respondents in Century bottling company was randomly selected. The study used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and to measure study sample individuals attitudes toward the effect of recruitment process on organizational profitability. The findings of the study indicate that there is an impact of individuals’ attitudes toward recruitment process on organizational profitability in the following order, Recruitment strategy, Recruitment resources, Recruitment ethics and Recruitment sources evaluation. Although the findings indicate that there is impact of every independent variable dimension on dependent variable. The study recommended that Century bottling company has to pay more attention to recruitment procedures and diversify their external recruitment resources in order to reach justice and equality for the applicants and to increase profits through recruitment of qualified applicants.en_US
