    Abstract
    In this part, the researcher talks about Stress Management and Employee Performance in financial institutions. The case study of this research is centenary bank Mapeera House branch, Kampala district. The specific objectives of this research are, to examine the effect of Employee Assistance Programs on Employee Performance in centenary bank Mapeera House branch, to examine the effect of Career Development Programs on Employee Performance in centenary bank Mapeera House branch and to examine the effect of Job Rotation on Employee Performance in centenary bank Mapeera House branch. The independent variables are; Employee Assistance Programs, Career Development Programs, Job Rotation while dependent variables are; market share, loanable funds, profitability. Simple random sampling technique and purposive technique were used for collecting data. Data sources that’s to say, primary sources like emails and secondary sources like journals were used. The researcher also used questionnaires as data collection instruments. It was discovered that Job Rotation had more effect on performance than other strategies.
