The study adopted a cross sectional survey research design and adopted both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data was collected using both questionnaires and interviews from a sample of 92 respondents and documents review. The study findings revealed that there is a significant positive relationship between project scope management and power grid expansion revealed at 0.520**, there is a positive relationship between project cost management and power grid expansion confirmed at 0.654**and there is a positive relationship between project time management and power grid expansion at UETCL which was confirmed at Pearson’s correlation coefficient of 0.622**. The study recommends that; project managers should maintain a project Log of all request for changes including approved and not approved changes with their justifications.
