dc.description.abstractThe study is designed to cover the relationship between Human Resources Planning and the performance of an organization basing ore on its employees. The study that was carried out at Stanbic Bank Uganda Kampala branch evolved around three variables which included; Employee training, Promotion activities as carried out by human resources and their effect on organizational performance and the role of performance appraisals on the performance of n organization. The study took on a cross section research design and a sample size of 44 respondents were selected to enable the researcher gather findings in pursuit to the topic. The literature survey described in the report was based on the conceptual framework that was developed by the researcher as the analysis of the data was put out through Tables, Graphs and pie charts. The findings from the study revealed that there was a relationship between human resources planning and the performance of an organization more so through training as delivered by the Human resources department onto its employees. As a matter of concern, the researcher recommended the Bank to invest more into employee career development for a stronger workforce to enable the bank achieve its goals.en_US
